He leaves a daughter, Mrs.Charles Mendenhall; three brothers and three sisters, Stewart and Z.B. Woodrum and Mrs. Daisy Howell, all of Decatur, Grover W. Woodrum, Latham, Mrs. Pearl Morris, Flat River, Mo., and Mrs. Cordelia Sears, Camelsville, Ky.
