Found Dead
Wednesday morning J. Foss Berry was found dead in his room at Colome.
Mr. Berry went to bed in the evening apparently in good health. His roommate awoke about six o'clock the next morning and asked him what time it was, receiving no answer he tried to awaken him and found that he was dead. He at once called a doctor and on examination it was found that he had been dead about an hour.
Dr. I. S. Hooker, coroner, of Winner, was called and an inquest was held and the cause of his death was pronounced heart disease.
The remains were shipped to his old home in the northern Holt county for burial.
