To my family, consisiting of the children of my two brothers (deceased), Joseph K. Haynes and Tee Haynes, and my two sisters, Mrs. Ida Lockhart and Mrs. Laura H. Robinson (both living) and the son, Longley J. Peter, of my sister (deceased), Mrs. Margaret Peter, the following described property, my farm on the Cow House in Coryell Co., Texas and my property in Round Rock, Williamson Co., Texas, also my farm in Concho Co., Texas.
To be sold or otherwise as they wish to do, and divided as follows. For the children of my deceased brother, Joseph K. Haynes, one half of this property, they are Mrs. Lou Holderness, Mrs. Will Whittle, Mrs. Mary Daniels, Miss Billie Haynes and one son, John Haynes, the 3 sons of John Haynes, Jim, Joe, & Jack Haynes, all serving in Armys, grandsons of my brother, Joseph K. Haynes are to have their father's, John Haynes, share of this property. Mrs. Will Whittle, Mrs. Mary Daniel and Miss Billy Haynes to have 1/3 equally of their father's 1/2 of this property, between them and Mrs. Lou Holderness the 2/3 of same property willed to their father.
Mrs. Ida Lockhart, Mrs. Laura H. Robinson, and Longley J. Peter, son of my deceased sister, Mrs. Margaret Peter to have the other 1/2 of this property Mrs. Ida Lockhart & Longley J. Peter 2/3, Mrs. Laura H. Robinson and 1/3 between them. To my nephew Tee Haynes, son of my deceased brother, Tee Haynes $500.00, five hundred dollars. (This last sentence scratched out of will.) To the Catholic Bishop of Galveston $3,000.00 for Education of Priests. To the Catholic Extension Magazine of Chicago $2,000.00 for Poor Priests. $1,000.00 to Pastor of St. Mary's Church, Austin, Texas.
And from same to be used for upkeep of my lot in Mt. Calvary Cemetery and for general care of same cemetary, and $500.00 to Masonic Cemetery of Gatesville Texas. And from same to be used in care of grave of Mr. & Mrs. John T. Haynes to help some in general care of cemetery, $1,000.00 to MRS.
