Shannon was born in New Port, Rhode Island to Steve and Linda (Hebert) Lowe, and they survive. He married Melanie Shook and she survives. Shannon was a 1998 graduate of Mississinewa High School and attended Eastview Wesleyan Church of Gas City, Indiana. He enjoyed 4-wheeling, motorcycles, hunting, and collecting movies. He loved his dogs Storm and Roxy. His passion was working with young people and he had worked for 5-1/2 years at Whites Residential and Family Services with the youth.
