Born Sept. 27, 1950, in Frankfort, she was the daughter of the late Coy Aders Sr. and Wilma J. Mitchell Aders. She graduated from Frankfort High School and the University of Indianapolis.
She worked for General Motors in Kokomo for 30 years, retiring in 1999. She was a member of Kempton Methodist Church and the American Legion Auxiliary.
Her marriage was to George "Skip" Evans and they later divorced.
Surviving are a daughter: Ali McGregor (husband: Scott) of Greeley, Colo.; a brother, Coy "Spank" Aders Jr. (wife: Martha) of Frankfort; and two sisters, Sue Davis and Nancy Michael (husband: Jim), both of Frankfort.
Services 11:30 a.m. Tuesday, Aug. 11, 2009, at Archer-Weston Funeral Home. Burial in Greenlawn Cemetery.
