From the Watertown Daily Times, January 18, 1985: "Eugene E. Bonney, 92, retired carpenter and cabinet maker, formerly of this village (Pulaski), died Saturday at Marcy State Hospital where he had been a patient two years.
"The funeral will be Tuesday at the Taylor Funeral Home. Burial will be at the Pulaski cemetery in the spring.
"Surviving are a son, Clifford, East Rochester; a daughter, Mrs. Ira (Leta) Thomas, Miami, Florida; three grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
"Mr. Bonney was born in Altmar November 21, 1872, a son of John and Elvia (as written) Lewis Bonney. He lived in Pulaski and later in Syracuse 25 years before entering the hospital. He was a supervisor at Charles Tollner Company and worked for the Charmaphone company at one time. His wife, the former Idelle Comstock, died February 1952.
"Mr. Bonney was a former member of the Pulaski Baptist church."
