She was born in KY, probably Pulaski Co. I believe she died in Morgan Co., IN, but I don't have proof of that, but they were living in Ray, Morgan Co., in the 1870 census.

She married 1) Ambrose Hendricks, 14 Jan 1824, Pulaski Co., KY; they had 6 children. Ambrose died in 1837, and on 17 Jun 1838,Morgan Co., IN, Clarinda married 2) James D. Newton; they had 2 children together.
