Mrs. Mary Louise McCombs, 86, died Sunday at 10:30 p.m. at her home, 1406 W. 9th, Amarillo, Texas. She had been a resident of Amarillo six years.
Funeral rites will be held Wednesday at 4 p.m. in the Beck Funeral Home at Gainesville, Texas, followed by burial there. Blackburn-Shaw Funeral Home had charge of arrangements here.
Mrs. McCombs is survived by three sons, J.L. McCombs of Denton, Texas, C.W. McCombs of Amarillo,Texas, and J.P. McCombs of Dallas, Texas; and four daughters, Mrs. A.B. Smith, Miss Ella McCombs and Miss Ollie McCombs, all of Amarillo, Texas, and Mrs. Audrey Stringer of Anaheim, California.
She also leaves three brothers, John Lynn and Lee Lynn, both of Winters, Texas, and Griff Lynn of Vernon, Texas; two sisters, Mrs. Ed Draper of Clarksville, Texas, and Mrs. Alice Street of Phoenix, Arizona; three grandchildren, six great-grandchildren, and two great-great-grandchildren.
