Mrs. James Archer Dies At Age 92
BRIDGETON, Ind., July 6. - Mrs. Indiana Archer, widow of James H. Archer, and one of the oldest residents of Parke county, died at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Mary Jane Daniels, three miles southwest of Bridgeton, at 6 o'clock last night after a short illness. She was 92 years old, a native of Putnam county, Indiana, and is survived by one daughter and one great-grandchild. She was a member of the Christian church. Funeral services will be held at Rock Run Baptist church in Egypt neighborhood at 2 o'clock Friday afternoon, the Rev. Stanley Van Hook, of Coal Cluff, officiating. Burial will be in the Archer cemetery near Diamond.
