Donald D. Zirkle Jr., 51, of 3118 Puckett, KCKS, died Tuesday at Shawnee Mission Hospital. He was born in Granite City, ILL and had lived in North Carolina before moving to this area two years ago. He was a placement counselor for the Job Services in Kansas City, Kansas. He was a member of Southridge United Presbyterian Church. He leaves his parents, Mr and Mrs. Donald D. Zirkle Sr. of the home and two brothers, Alan D. Zirkle and Merle Zirkle, Gallup N.M.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Thursday at the Newcomer Overland Park Chapel and at 1 p.m. Thursday at the graveside at Pleasant Hill Cemetery, Richland KS, Friends may call from 7 to 9 p.m. at the Chapel.
