Emily (Woosley) Sams, 86, of Warner Robins, Ga, died there July 20, 2009. She was a native of Union City. Services will be Friday at 11 am in the chapel of McCullough Funeral Home in Warner Robins, with Bill Bagwell and Michael Rodgers officiating. Interment will follow in Magnolia Park Cemetery there. Friends may call at the funeral home from 6-8 pm today. The family requests memorials be made to Heart of Georgia Hospice, 103 Westridge Drive, Warner Robins GA 31088; the Georgia Sheriffs' Youth Home, PO Box 1000, Stockbridge, GA 30281; or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in Memphis.

Gen. John B. Sams, William L. Sams, B.B. Sams Jr., Alan B. Sams, Bill Sams, Thomas Legare and William E. Legare; and a brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Bonum B. and Vee Sams.
