George A. Smithhart, 57, 316 Clark St., Evansville, Indiana, died suddenly Wednesday (13 February 1957) while visiting a brother near Reed, Kentucky.

Surviving are the widow, Nellie; 2 daughters, Mrs. Rose Hannon of Evansville & Mrs. Eva Mancoat/Malicote of St. Louis; a son Lawrence of St. Louis; 8 grandchildren, 4 brothers, John W. & Charles of Reed; Claude & Harry I. of Evansville.

The body will be moved from the Moss funeral residence to Mt. Zion Church at noon Saturday, where services will begin at 2 p.m. The Rev. Jack Cravens officiating. Burial will be in Mt. Zion Cemetery.
