He was born in Greenfield on Dec. 9, 1916, the son of Charles and Irene Stanton Morrison. His wife, Wilma "Flo," preceded him in death in September 1988. Prior to his retirement, Mr. Morrison was owner of Morrison Sausage Co.
Surviving are four sons, Lynn of Atlanta, Ga., Lawrence and Lee, both of Cleveland, Ohio, and Lance of Baltimore, Md.; three daughters, Sandra Layland, Irene Lowe and Kim Bogast, all of Springfield; 13 grandchildren; one great-grandchild; and one sister, Dorthea Smith of Springfield.
Services: Boardman-Smith Funeral Chapel, Dr. Roger Compton officiating. Burial: Oak Ridge Cemetery.
