Jean was united in marriage to Warren J. "Stormy" Strome. He preceded her in death.
Jean is survived by: a Sister â€" Lucille Dameron, and her husband Bill, of Humboldt, TN; Nieces & Nephews â€" Mike & Pat Dameron of Humboldt, TN, Ray & Lucille Deason and Robert & Frances Deason all of Evansville, IN, & Betty Pruett, and the late Steve, of Newburgh, IN; Great Nieces & Great Nephews.
In addition to her Parents & Husband, Jean was preceded in death by: a Sister â€" Iva Mounce and a Step Sister â€" Murl Deason.
Jean had served as an Avon representative. She had also worked as a Hostess at Two Tony’s Restaurant in Carmi, Illinois.
Jean was a member of the Carmi First Baptist Church.
Jean leaves her family & many friends to cherish her memory.
A Private Graveside Service was conducted Saturday morning, November 22, 2003, at 11 AM at the Vienna Fraternal Cemetery. Rev. Bill Gholson officiated.
Memorials may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association.
