Wedding Announcement

Miss M. Eileen Davis, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Rufus H. Davis of Gaithersburg, and Gilbert Dean Wilkinson of Bethesda, were married yesterday by Rev. P. Rowland Wagner, pastor of the Rockville Baptist Church, the ceremony taking place at the home of the minister. Mrs. Garnett Etchison of Gaithersburg was matron of honor and Windsor Adams of Bethesda was best man. The bride is county school attendance officer and the bridegroom formerly was a member of the Montgomery County police force.

G. Dean Wilkinson, World War veteran and former member of the Montgomery County Police force, died Friday night in his home here, following a long illness.

He is survived by his widow, Mrs. Eileen Davis Wilkinson, school attendance officer for Montgomery county; both parents, Mr. and Mrs. [Edwin] Wilkinson; a sister, Miss Helen Wilkinson, and a brother, Ray Wilkinson, all of Montgomery county. He was a brother of Fay Edwin Wilkinson of Bethesda, whose death occurred about two weeks ago.

Funeral at 2 o'clock this afternoon from the home; burial in Monocacy Cemetery, Beallsville.

Mr. Wilkinson was a member of Barber-Briggs American Legion Post of Gaithersburg, Pentalpha Masonic Lodge, Gaithersburg; Bourni Temple, Baltimore, and Christ Episcopal Church, Rockville.
