Visiting at Charlet Funeral Home, Zachary, 5 to 9 p.m. Wednesday, and 9 a.m. until religious services at 11 a.m. Thursday, conducted by the Rev. Rick Woods. Burial in Hillcrest Memorial Gardens, Baker.
Survived by wife, Sandra Ann Langlois Horn; mother, Bernice Horn, Baton Rouge; four sons, Randy Lynn Horn,Ronnie J. Horn, Robby G. Horn and Ricky G. Horn, all of Zachary; two foster daughters, Debra Richardson, Zachary, and Rena Bennett, Gonzales; a foster son, Blane Breaux, Baton Rouge; a sister, Joyce Mahan, St. Francisville; two brothers, John Horn, Tennessee, and David Horn, Sorrento; and a grandson, Christopher Chase Horn, Zachary.
