Donna M. Buttke, 65, of Janesville, died at home on Friday, June 9, 2006, with her family by her side. She was born in Oconto, WI, on July 31, 1940, the daughter of Francis and Melba (Kelm) Hynes. Donna married David E. Buttke on Aug. 3, 1963. She was an avid seamstress and gardener. Most of all she enjoyed spending time and teaching her 13 grandchildren. She is survived by her husband, David; 5 children: Kelley (Lawrence) Roznik of DePere, WI, Shannon Pearson of Brodhead, Ronald (Jenny) Buttke, Kimberly (Robert) Simonis and Scott Buttke, all of Janesville; 13 grandchildren: Hayden, Shelby, Konrad, Paige, Sylvia, Austin, Riley, Tanner, Vanessa, Caroline, Yvonne, Camryn, and Jordyn; her mother, Melba Hynes of Janesville; 2 brothers, Jim (Donna) Hynes of Suamico, WI, and Richard (Sandy) Hynes of Cambridge, WI; and a sister, Rita (Ed) Hensel. She was preceded in death by her father, Francis Hynes. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, June 16, 2006, at the SCHNEIDER APFEL SCHNEIDER & SCHNEIDER FUNERAL HOME.
