Mr. Fulgham was born in Choctaw County on October 6, 1928 and passed away on Tuesday, September 30, 2008 in his home near Ackerman. He was retired from B&W Boiler Makers and a member of Old Lebanon Presbyterian Church. He also served in the U.S. Air Force.
He is survived by his wife, Helen Black Fulgham; one son, Monroe Fulgham of Ackerman; three daughters: Faith Green of Sturgis, Sandy Peden and Belinda Vowell, both of Ackerman; one sister, Stella Nail of Yazoo City; nine grandchildren; and 11 great grandchildren.
Pallbearers were Bobby Green, Barry Vowell, Jess Peden, Jake Peden, Wayne Peden, and Jason Green.
Memorial can be made to Old Lebanon Presbyterian Church Cemetery fund.
