Frederick Cowles Alley is the son of Frederick Francis Alley and Mary Caroline Nelson. He married Edith Georgia Roberts 16 jun 1907 in El Paso, Tx.
"F.C. ALLEY DIES ON MEXICO RANCH; SISTER IS TOLD
Fred C. Alley, wealthy miner and rancher who lived in El Paso, Manhattan Heights section, until about two months ago, died yesterday in Mexico, according to a telegram received by his sister-in-law, Miss Madge Roberts, 209 W. Rio Grande street, from Mrs. Alley. The telegram did not specify the cause of death. Mr. Alley died on his property near Rosario, state of Durango, Mexico. He owns about 50,000 acres of land in Mexico. The land is the center of a big mining section. It adjoins the property of Francisco Villa (General Pancho Villa). Mr. Alley was a
lifelong friend of Villa.
Miss Roberts has received no advices as to the funeral." (Untitled newspaper clipping, 1921.)

It is possible that Frederick Alley and his son Carlos were buried in El Paso, but I have not found them as yet
