Ida Justena was born on 30 July 1880 to Edley P and Lena Yutz Murphy. She lived on the family farm until she married Adam Emmett Gwinner on 4 April 1902.
After her marriage to Adam Gwinner they moved to his farm east of Atlanta where they had two children Stella Mae and Helen Louise.
On 11 Sept. 1951 Ida passed away at Laughlin Hospital in Kirksville, MO and was buried at Mt Zion Cemetery just south of Redman. She found out later in life that she was a diabetic and that may have played a role in her health.
