Jen was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents, Thomas and Marian Guthrie, her maternal grandfather, Robert M. Fulton, and maternal step-grandfather, Joseph Machuga, Jr.
Survivors include two children, Jessica and Isaiah Guthrie; mother, Judy Guthrie and Merle McKinney of Erie, her father, David Guthrie I and his wife, Sharon of Erie; two brothers, David Guthrie and his wife, Janis, Jeff Guthrie and his fiancé, Robin; a sister, Sarah Guthrie; two step-sisters, Kerry Page and husband, Charles and Jennifer Daub; and maternal grandmother, Inga Machuga. Jen also leaves behind many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and close friends.
