Rhea Vivian Steward Murdock, 94, passed away Tuesday, Oct.28 2003 in Ogden Utah.She was born Sept. 12, 1909, in Midway Utah to Albert Thomas and Margaret Bonner Steward. On May 12 1927, she married James Ruelof Murdock. Their marriage was solemnized in the Ogden temple July 14, 1977. They enjoyed 76 years of marriage. He died Oct. 27 2002. she was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints,Morgan Third Ward and held many positions. She worked at Hendriksons Jewel Box in Ogden,H.H.Francis Grocery Store and retired from Morgan Drug. Rhea's main interest in life has been her family. She has been a loving and dedicated wife, mother,grandmother, and great grandmother. Surviving are her three sons: Kent (Sheila) Murdock,Bountiful; Stewart (Connie) Murdock, Roy; Lowell (Chris) Murdock, Morgan; 12 grandchildren, 50 great grandchildren and 18 great great grandchildren. Also surviving is one sister, Connie (Wayne) Boyle, Layton. She was preceded in death by her husband, a daughter, Annette;two sisters and one brother. Funeral services will be held Friday Oct. 31 2003 at 11:00 a.m. at the Morgan Stake Chapel. Friends may call at Walker Mortuary in Morgan, Thurs. from 6-8 p.m. and Friday from 9:45-10:45 at the church. Internment, Heber City Cemetery.
