Princeton, KY - James Sidney Ledford, 73, West Palm Beach, FL and formerly of Princeton, died at 5:30 p.m. Wednesday at his home after a long illness.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Sunday at Morgan Funeral Home with the Rev. Allen Manuel officiating and burial in Cedar Hill Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 4 until 9 p.m. today at the funeral home.
A native of Trigg County, he was born April 12, 1910, the son of the late James Sidney and Julia Dawson Ledford. He was a member of the Christian church and a retired motel manager.
He is survived by his wife, Inez Cunningham Ledford; three sons, Lawrence S. of Raleigh, NC; Wickliffe C. of Nashville, Tenn. and the Rev. John B. Ledford, West Palm Beach; one daughter, Patricia Collins, Louisville; two brothers, R. A. of Trigg County and Ferrell Ledford, Pinceton; two sisters, Frances Miller, Hopkinsville and Grace Maddox, Memphis, Tenn; and nine grandchildren.
