Mr. Jeremy Phillip Morris, 27, of Pleasant Home Road, Augusta, Georgia, entered into rest Saturday, August 3, 2002, at the MCG, Augusta, Ga. Funeral services will be held 11 a.m., Wednesday, August 7, 2002,at Starling Funeral Home, Harlem, Georgia, with the Rev. David Braxton officiating. Interment will be in Bellevue Memorial Gardens, near Grovetown. Mr. Morris, a native of Laurens County, was a member of Mount Pleasant 1st Assembly of God. Survivors include his mother, Janice Morales, Augusta; one brother, Jason Paul Morris, Augusta.; and grandmothers Lillian Thompson and Lena Caraway. Pallbearers will be Rick Newman, Chad Newman, James Leopard, Ryan Dyches, Phillip Kinrey, Ray Newman and Michael Brower. Honorary pallbearers will be members of Christian Sojourner Band.
