Found the Pension App for Hannah Reagin, wife of Thomas and it lists her as mother of Reason (Rezin) whose bdate is listed as July 7, 1777. His headstone reads mother as Rachel.

Reason Reagan, who was one of the early settlers in Decatur, located on the northwest quarter of section 9 township 15, range 2, where he cleared up a good farm, but sold it many years ago, and spent the later years of his life in Mooresville, Morgan Co.

He was the father of Dr. Amos Reagan, of Mooresville, Dr. Lott Reagan (deceased), of Bridgeport, and Noah Reagan, a well-known stock-raiser and auctioneer.
