John W. ALSPACH, aged 64 years, who resided on his farm two and a half miles southwest of Akron, dropped dead at his home Wednesday evening, of heart disease. After supper Mr. Alspach had done some work about the barn and after finishing that, stepped into the sitting room of his home and sat down. His daughter, who was in the room adjoining, heard a moan stepped into the room and found him prostrate. He breathed a few times after that. He has lived in Henry township many years. The funeral was held at his home this morning, and the burial at Athens cemetery.
