Opal Abney Patrick, 90 of Cobhill Rd., widow of Dillard Patrick, died Monday, at Irvine Health and Rehab Center, after a long illness. She was born Nov. 11, 1918 in Estill County, a daughter of George Abney and Mollie Rogers Abney. She was a homemaker and a member of Cobhill Community Church.

She was preceded in death by a son William Ralph Patrick.
Survivors include three daughters Marie Warmouth, Vivian Patrick, Brenda Patrick; six sons Willard Patrick, James Patrick, Arnold Patrick, Freddie Patrick, Larry Patrick, Gregory Patrick; fourteen grandchildren and seventeen great-grandchildren also survive.

Lewis Funeral Home with Bro. Elwood Patrick officiating. Burial will follow in Cobhill Cemetery.
