In 1841 she married John P Bowers,son of pioneer Daniel and Diadama Phiney Bowers of Darby Twp.,Madison Co.,Ohio.They had eight children,four of which survived,Betsy L,Daniel E,John P Jr.and Adda M.
Ruhamah was a good wife, and affectionate Mother and a consistant member of the Lower Liberty Presbyterian Church of Plain City.
