Forrest Dale Campbell, 91, of Sebring died Jan. 4, 2009. Born in Wells County, Ind., he moved to Sebring in 1956., He was a building inspector for Highlands County. He was a member of First United Methodist Church of Sebring. He is survived by his loving wife, Kathleen; daughter, Kay Sager; sons, Lee, Jack, and Joe; brothers, Von, Henry, and William; six grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. Visitation will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday, Jan. 7 with a service to follow at 11 a.m. at Grace Bible Church, 4541 Thunderbird Road. Sebring Chapter 126, O.E.S. service will follow the funeral service. Masonic rites will be held at Lakeview Memorial Gardens Masoleum. The family suggest memorials to Good Shepherd Hospice House, 4418 Sun N' Lake Blvd., Sebring, FL 33872. Morris Funeral Chapel, Sebring, is in charge of arrangements.
