Ann B. Wiseman, 80 of Parkway Village Apts,. Waynesboro, Virginia, went to be with her Lord Friday, Feb. 16, 2007.

She was born Dec. 25, 1926, in Staunton, Virginia, to the late Willis and Lorena Helmick.

She leaves behind five children, Lee Fisher and his wife, Lily, of Stoney Creek, Virginia, Anita Cassada and her husband, Bob, of Stuarts Draft, Virginia, Larry Fisher and his wife, Donna, Judy Fisher, and Linda Reed, all of Waynesboro. She also leaves behind two sisters, Eloise Quick and June Huffman; and a brother, William Helmick, all of Waynesboro. She had 13 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Walter Wiseman; three sisters, Virginia Marcum, Evelyn Cochran and Blanche Helmick; and one brother, Edward Helmick.

She worked as a cook at Flossie's Cafe and the Palace Restaurant. She enjoyed crocheting. She and her late husband enjoyed flea-marketing. She was a member of Wayside Baptist Church.

Services will be conducted by Pastor Jerry Cline Wednesday, February 21, 2007, at 11 a.m. in McDow Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Riverview Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Gary Houghtaling, Tony Via, Cody Landes, Clyde Reed and Randy Conner.

Honorary pallbearers will be her grandchildren.
