Hello Moma & Popa & all the rest.

Well this evening finds me with my new outfit. I am in the medicks. I sure am amoung a nice bunch of boys. I like my new job just fine, they just gave me part of my equiptment just a few minutes ago & said they would give me the rest tomorrow. I always did want to take up this job ever since the red cross teached it in high school that year. Well moma I havent gotten that stationary you sent yet. The little woman said her & Margie sent me some too, looks like I will get some of it sometime. But I guess it will have to have time to come to me. I got the fountain pin & air mail stamps you sent, so I am running short on ink & I guess I will have to ask you to send me a bottel. When have you heard from Oma & the baby? I wish she would write more often than she does I havent gotten but 1 letter from her since I have been over seas. Well moma how is all the family getting along? Tell them all I said hello & for Helen to not work my little horse to death, ha, ha, but I bet she couldnt lead him to git a drink of water without him stepping on her. I remember the very spot where Popa broke his plow point, I broke one just out from the little pine cabbin. Well Moma I guess I had better close & write the little woman a letter. So tell all of the family I said Good By & may the good Lord keep us until we meet again.

Love to all the family
