We know her parents, her children, and her lineage, but Jurinda remains a shadow. When Grandfather (SS Allen) left home at Seventeen, she gave him a small Bible, which I still have. She was very religious. However, it is through her McClinton, Miller, and Campbell lines we claim our great Scot heritage, with many great family stories of the frontier. The McClinton's always valued education.
