She was a lifelong resident of Pierce County. She was a homemaker and worked at Julie Hat Co. and the Pierce Shoe Manufacturing Plant. She was a member of Laura Chapel Baptist Church and the widow of Bert Leon Lynn.
SURVIVORS: two daughters, Linda Lynn Tripp of Greenville, S.C., and Diane Griner of Patterson; three sisters, Gladys Scott and Estelle Mixon, both of Fernandina Beach, Fla., and Clara Strickland of Kingsland; a brother, Delmus Crews of Patterson; two half sisters, Delores Smickler of North Carolina and Juanita Ryals of Fernandina Beach; a grandson, Chip Griner of Patterson; a great-granddaughter and several other relatives.
VISITATION: 6-8 p.m. Thursday at Pearson-Treadwell Funeral Home in Blackshear.
FUNERAL: 11 a.m. Friday at Pearson-Treadwell Funeral Home, burial in Raulerson Cemetery.
