Jack Lee Cook, age 57, departed this life April 16, 1990 at the VA Hospital in Albuquerque, NM. He was born September 21, 1932 at Cochise Hospital in Douglas, AZ, to Thomas Lee Cook and Josephine (McBride) Cook. His father was a miner, and his mother a housewife.

Jack was a long time Miami resident before moving to New Mexico. He had worked for Magma Copper Co. He had served his country in the U.S. Army as a corporal during the Korean War. Jack enjoyed fishing and hunting. He was also an artist and silversmith, his hobby was making pottery. He loved Indian artifacts, such as pottery and arrowheads.

Jack married Dana Spinks, and they had four children.
Survivors:
Daughters: Dana Jo Pierce, and Candy Lynn Cook both of Mesa, AZ.
Sons: Bradford Lee Cook of Mesa, and Morgan Cook both of Safford, AZ.

He also left behind his second wife, Martha Cook.
His mother Jo Cook.

Step-daughters, Cheryl Corrigan, Karen Goff and Bonnie Goff.
Step-sons, Pat Corrigan and Mike Corrigan.

Sisters, Donna Rae Peterson of Tempe, AZ, and Vern Lou Kinnard of Phoenix, AZ.
Brother, Thomas Jim Cook of Central Heights, AZ.
Thirteen grandchildren and 7 step-grandchildren.

Jack will be remembered as a man devoted to this family and friends and will be missed by all.

Graveside services, April 19, 1990 @ 2 pm, Pinal Cemetery, Central Heights, AZ.
