Helena Grantz, who died March 31, 1883, according to her obituary and Ephraim's obituary. (She is also named as Warren's mother on his death certificate. The informant was Ephraim.) I haven't been able to locate her burial site, but her obituary says she died near Cullom, Livingston Co., Illinois and was buried on April 2nd. Unfortunately, it does not say where she was buried.
