Mrs. Hattie Link, 74, widow of the late J. C. Link, for years manager of the local branch of the Bryant-Link Company, succumbed after a long illness in Colorado last night, according to word received here. The Springer funeral home car left last night for the body and should arrive back in Aspermont tonight Funeral will be held sometime ‘Thursday afternoon at the Methodist church here, at which ‘Rev Raymond Van Zandt , pastor will officiate. She had long been a member of the church here. Burial will be in the Fairview Cemetery near Tuxedo, Jones County, beside the grave of her husband. Mrs. Link had been in Colorado state since last spring. Her husband died here several years ago after a short illness.
