Dottie was born Dec. 15, 1932, in Kemp to Edward S. and Minnie McCoy. She lived in Fort Worth for 30 years and was an active member of the Seventh-day Adventist Church where she was very active in the women's ministries.
She was beloved by her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren, who were fond of spending time visiting with her and enjoying the home-cooked meals.
Dottie was preceded in death by her husband, Delbert Blair, in 2003, and brothers, Jimmy and Hilton.
Survivors: Children, Richard Blair and wife, Deeann, of Fort Worth, Jeanette Reynolds and husband, Terry, of Sparks, Nev., Michael Blair and wife, Lori, of Hondo; sisters, Billie Tucker of Brandon, Fla., Markie Kask of Fort Worth; brother, George McCoy of Tulsa, Okla.; 10 grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren.
