Funeral services were held Wednesday morning in St. John the Evangelist Church for Frank L. Shuck, 80, 214 N. Main who died Saturday evening at the Hoisington Lutheran Hospital following a long illness.
He was born Sept. 6, 1891 in Chase and lived most of his life in Hoisington where he was a retired farmer. He was married to Barbara E. Meyeres who died in April, 1953.
He was a member of St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church and the Knights of Columbus.
There are no immediate survivors.
Fr. James Tainter officiated at the services with burial in the church cemetery.
