Born in Maryland, he was the son of the late Nathan and Emily Webb, and had worked as a foreman for C&P Telephone Co.
He was a veteran of WW II and a member of the Westminster Elks Lodge, Forest and Stream Club, Baltimore and Carroll County Ornithological Society and the Audobon Society.
He is survived by his wife, daughters, sister, and three granddaughters.
Funeral services are at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Ascension Episcopal Church, Court Street, Westminster.
Interment will be in Mt. View Cemetery in Howard County.
Friends may call from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday at the Haight Funeral Home in Sykesville.
