Anna Jean Jeffries, 79, a homemaker, died 11/03/2011 at Beacham Memorial Hospital in Magnolia, MS. Graveside services are at 3:00 P M, Friday, November 4, 2011 at the Woodlawn Cemetery in Summit, MS. Catchings Funeral Home in McComb, MS is handling the arrangements. Rev. Glenn Byrd is officiating.

Mrs. Jeffries was born April 13, 1932 in Locust Grove, Arkansas to Kenneth Dorr Massey and Ann Elisbeth Dishongh Massey. She was a homemaker and was of the Baptist faith. She was a devoted wife for over 50 years.

Survivors include: sister: Patricia Dowdy and her husband Larry of Williford, Arkansas and sister-in-law: Noleka Hopper of Batesville, Arkansas.

She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband Sylvester G. Jeffries and a brother-in-law: L. D. Hopper.
