Inscription

The location of Thomas Boone Turley's burial is listed as a marked plot within the Moray Cemetery at Doniphan County, KS. The gravestone is very simple, very old, and a challenge to make out the inscription. Without the plot directions on file at the library in Troy, it would be most difficult to locate. It appears to be inscribed with only "T B Turley 1823-1889."

A family member placed this marker (the above photo) in their memory at Frankfort, Marshall, Kansas.
The documentation for his burial and grave marker were not discovered until several years after this marker was placed at Frankfort, Marshall County, KS.
