OZARK John F. Lipe, 70, of Ozark died Tuesday, Aug. 20, 2002, in a local nursing home. He was born March 20, 1932, in Belleville. He was a construction pipe liner through Union No. 107, a rancher, a member of Franklin County Cattleman's Association and a Methodist. Graveside service will be 2 p.m. Thursday at Mount View Cemetery in Ozark under the direction of Shaffer Funeral Home of Ozark. He is survived by his wife, Ruth; two brothers, Gary Dale Lipe of Ratcliff and Jim Lipe of Cabot; several nieces and nephews. The family will visit with friends from 6 to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to American Cancer Society. Times Record Online
