Andy was born March 31, 1915 in Jackson County to the late Silas and Bettie Smith Davidson. He was a lifelong farmer, member and deacon of the Clover Bottom Baptist Church.
He is survived by two sons Charles Edward Davidson (Ann), Bobby Dale Davidson (Alberta) both of Lexington, KY, one daughter Ada Mae Ledford (Modean) of Horse Cave, KY, one daughter deceased Betty Lou Shearer. Six grandchildren, ten great grandchildren and one great-great grandchild, many nieces, nephews and friends also survive him.
Funeral services will be 2 pm Sunday July 26, 2009 at Lakes Funeral Home in Berea with burial following in the Isaacs-Lunsford-Davidson-Robinson Cemetery on Hurst Rd. in Jackson Co. Visitation will be Saturday from 6-9 pm at Lakes Funeral Home in Berea.
