Although Liz was only my mother-in-law for 5 years when her son Nick (my husband) died, I remember her as a wonderful woman. She and Perry always made me feel welcome in their home.
Liz was married prior to Perry, and had one child who died in infancy. Perry adopted all of her children after they married, and he was always Daddy to them all.
