She was born in Virginia, but several years after marriage, she with her husband and children came to Tenneessee, where she spent the rest of her life. She left one daughter and five sons. A few months before her death she was anointed.

Mrs. Elizabeth Diehl who has been reported very low died Dec 15, and was buried the following day in the cemetery here.
