BURNER, DAVID MILTON JR., 57, of Tampa, died Monday (Oct. 3, 1988). He was born in Decatur, Ill., and came to Tampa a year ago. He was a lawyer in Chicago and was a member of the Army Reserve, holding the rank of brigadier general. He was a commandant of the 425th Transportation Brigade at Fort Sheridan, Ill. He was a member of St. Christopher Episcopal Church. Survivors include his wife, Barbara; three daughters, Mary Burner, Tampa, Deborah Burner Zuckswerth, Charleston, S.C., and Sarah Burner, Chicago; a son, Lt. Clark D. Burner, U.S. Army, West Germany; his mother, Virginia B. Burner and his brother, James B. Burner, both of Naperville, Ill. Curry & Son Funeral Home, Tampa.
