TRINDLE – Harry G., 78, Homer City, died July 20, 2009, at LaurelWood Care Center. Born Aug. 25, 1930, in East Wheatfield Township, son of the late Harry W. and Dora M. (Fry) Trindle. Also predeceased by wife, Jean L. (Rummel) Trindle; sisters, Inez Myers and Myrtle Carney; and twin sister, Hazel Sellers. Survived by children, Dorene Schillinger, and husband, Robert; and Donald Trindle, and wife, Susan, both of Homer City; grandchildren, Gregory and Thomas Schillinger and Cierra Trindle; and sister, Virginia Stewart, Armagh. Member of Carpenters Union Local 1419, Johnstown. U.S. Army veteran of the Korean Era. Friends received from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Friday at Stuart Funeral Home, 392 E. Philadelphia St., Armagh, where service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday. Interment, Armagh Cemetery. Military rites by local veterans organizations.
