Tommy Capps, 49, of Paducah, died at 8pm Tuesday at his residence. He is survived by one daughter, Amy Capps of Texas, 4 sisters, Linda Capps, Judy Byrom, Reta Bridges all of Paducah and Janice May Capps of Nashville, TN. Four brothers, David Capps, Charles Capps, Joe Capps, and Stevie Capps all of Paducah. Several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, Henry and Maydell Ferrell Capps and one sister. Funeral services will be Friday at 1 pm at the Lone Oak Chapel of Milner & Orr Funeral Home, Rev. Faris Sahawneh officiating. Burial will follow in Woodlawn Memorial Gardens.
