Cindy Marie Tucker, 38, Lebanon, died July 15, 2009.
Born July 3, 1971, in Marion County, Tucker was a former employee of Akebono Industries and was a member of Grace Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by: her father, Roy Rogers Tucker Sr.; a brother, Troy Ray Tucker; and a sister, Wendy Kay Tucker.
Survivors include: her mother and stepfather, Peggy Lou Tucker and Emmanuel Nalley of Lebanon; two sons, Zachary DeWayne Terrell and Richard Kendall Brady, both of Lebanon; a daughter, Kaylee Marie Tucker of Lebanon; and brother, Roy Rogers Tucker Jr. of Lebanon.
The funeral service was held July 18 at Bosley Funeral Home, Lebanon, with burial in Ryder Cemetery, Lebanon. Rev. Clellan Hayes officiated.
Memorial donations are suggested to go toward funeral expenses.
Pallbearers were Delane Smothers, James Inman, Steve Wethington, David Deering, Bobby Mays and Bobby Newcomb.
Bosley Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.

Cindy M. Tucker, 38, and James R. Brady, 30, were both found dead in the afternoon July 15 at 2245 Danville Highway. The Kentucky State Police ruled the incident a murder/suicide.
A gun was recovered at the scene.
"He killed her and then turned the gun on himself," said Trooper Billy Gregory, KSP public information officer.
Gregory added that the preliminary autopsy (which was conducted July 16 in Louisville) confirmed that Brady killed Tucker. Det. Mike Dubree led the investigation.
The state police responded to the scene after the Lebanon Police Department received a call at 2:15 p.m. July 15 reporting a possible shooting.
Gregory said Tucker's teenage son was outside at the time of the shooting.
"He went to the neighbor's to call the police," Gregory said.
Earlier that day, Brady and Tucker had appeared in Marion District Court before Judge Amy Anderson. Each had filed an emergency protective order against the other.
Attorney Jim Avritt Jr., who was representing Brady, advised that both parties wished to seek counseling and requested that the protective orders be dismissed, according to the court records.
Those records read that both parties were in agreement about the mutual dismissal, and that they were ordered to attend counseling "to assist in eliminating future domestic violence."
Brady and Tucker married and divorced one another twice since 2001. Brady was the petitioner in both instances, according to the court filings.
According to Marion Circuit Court records, Brady and Tucker got married Jan. 6, 2001, in Jessamine County. They filed a separation agreement Sept. 20, 2003, and were granted a divorce Dec. 2, 2003.
The separation agreement specified that Tucker would be the custodial parent of their son and Brady would have visitation rights.
The couple remarried April 13, 2007.
A separation agreement was filed March 4, 2008. The agreement noted that custody, visitation and child support issues would be addressed after Brady was released from federal prison. Brady and Tucker's second marriage was dissolved March 17, 2008.
At the time of the separation agreement, he was serving a 37-month sentence issued in February of 2007 for conspiracy to distribute and possess with intent to deliver cocaine.
March 5, 2007, Brady signed a plea agreement pleading guilty to two counts of second-degree wanton endangerment in Marion Circuit Court. The Marion Circuit case stemmed from an incident Oct. 4, 2005, in which Brady was accused of firing shots at Lester Smothers and Lester Smothers Jr.
