She was married to Matthew J. Bender, Feb. 3, 1920 at St. Peter. He died April 20, 1966.
She lived in Greeley County since 1926. She was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church, Tribune; Altar Society.
Survivors are daughters, Mrs. Freddie Kleyman, Tribune, Mrs. Charles Moran, Denver, Mrs. Orville Browning, Scott City; son, Edward, Littleton, Colo.; sister, Mrs. Matt Boxler, Hoxie; 13 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren.
Rosary will be 7:30 p.m. (MDT) Friday at Weinmann-Preice Funeral Home, Leoti. Funeral will be 10 a.m. Saturday at the church; Father Elmer Klenke. Burial will be in Greeley County Cemetery, Tribune. Friends may call until service time at the funeral home.
